Conventional Fire Alarm Systems

Conventional fire alarms divide a building into detection zones, with each zone connected to the main control panel by dedicated cabling. When a detector or call point is activated, the panel indicates which zone the alarm has been triggered in. Conventional systems are well suited to smaller buildings where zone-level identification is sufficient for a rapid response.

Addressable Fire Alarm Systems

Addressable systems assign a unique address to every device on the network, enabling the control panel to identify the exact detector or call point that has been activated. This provides faster, more precise location information, which is invaluable in larger or more complex buildings. Addressable systems also offer enhanced diagnostic capabilities, reporting faults at device level for more efficient maintenance.

Fire Detection Devices

We supply and install a full range of fire detection devices including optical smoke detectors, heat detectors, multi-sensor detectors, beam detectors, and aspirating smoke detection systems. The correct combination of detectors is selected during the design phase based on the specific risks and environmental conditions of each area within your building.

Emergency Lighting

Emergency lighting is a critical component of any fire safety strategy, ensuring that escape routes remain illuminated in the event of a power failure. We install maintained and non-maintained emergency luminaires, illuminated exit signs, and central battery systems in compliance with BS 5266. Fire Extinguishers

We supply, install, and service a complete range of portable fire extinguishers including water, foam, CO2, dry powder, and wet chemical types. Our engineers carry out annual servicing and ensure your extinguisher provision meets the requirements of BS 5306 and your fire risk assessment.
